When it comes to our garden maintenance team, we are always ready to work on improving the space, whether removing or adding elements to make it more aesthetically pleasing. We have pest management specialists, arborists, and horticulturists that bring their knowledge to help improve your landscape.
Uptown Landscape has full-service programs to maintain gardens all year-round. That includes preparation for winter and spring fertilization. We will visit your garden at weekly or monthly intervals … or every three months. In our maintenance visits, you can expect fertilizing, pruning, mulching, clean-up, and weeding, among others.
Plantings / Seasonal Color
Typically, you would expect flowers to blossom during spring. However, you do not have to wait until spring to have a bubbly and beautiful garden full of colored flowers and butterflies.
Our teams know the all-season plants that will brighten your garden all year as long as you take good care of them. These plants will make your landscaped rooftop and backyard garden look stunning throughout every season.
In warmer months, summer annuals will brighten your space, but bulbs are also ideal as early spring flowers.
Drip Irrigation
Your garden will thrive and remain beautiful with proper irrigation.
Drip irrigation is ideal for urban-setting gardens since it saves on water while giving the plants a sufficient amount. The drip irrigation system also saves you money because of the precision it provides. Your plants will receive water in drips meaning only very little evaporates or run-off. The system can be installed below the ground or above.
With a drip irrigation system, you can remain worry-free that your plants and garden will remain healthier for longer.
Power Washing
Living in a hi-rise building in a beautiful city such as New York with its incredible 360 degree views off of your rooftop patio and/or terrace is an amazing luxury to have – so why not keep it fresh, clean and looking its best?
Uptown Landscapes has the ability to clean your rooftop patio and/or terrace area professionally! Our staff is highly trained and takes every precaution when bringing the equipment through your indoor living space. All floors are covered with clean fresh liquid barrier tarps while bringing the equipment through as well as our staff wearing disposable boot coverings.
With our state-of-the-art equipment – which includes a portable hot water pressure washer as well as a variety of surface cleaning machines – we can have your hi-rise outdoor area looking brand new and ready for the season.
